On the sunny Riviera of Athens and only 20 minutes away from the Acropolis, Elliniko is currently the largest urban regeneration project in Europe. The project aims to become a major tourist destination, residential and business hub, with the characteristics of a smart city.

The master plan for the $8 billion project was designed by Foster + Partners, a British architecture firm considered one of the best in the world. Led by Lamda Development, the project places a strong emphasis on sustainability, tourism and accessibility, securing certifications such as LEED in the process. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2025, which means there is still time to invest in one of Europe's most promising projects.

In third place on the list is Hamptons Greece, the real estate project in Nea Iraklitsa Kavala of the Iranian-Canadian businessman Alex Haditaghi, who emerged as the final contractor for the seaside plot after the relevant tender of TAIPED, last November.
